What Makes This Place so Great
My name is Ally Sedlacek and I am studying Journalism and Political Science at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I have grown up in Holt County and have such a deep connection towards with this community. Like many others, when asked why I love Holt County, I always answer, "It's the people." Well, what about the people? Hardworking, authentic, generous, and supportive are only a few words to describe the people who make up this community. I wanted to start this project to highlight community members who have made a positive impact in the community and continue to make this place such a great place to live.
